Ingredients List
- One whole seabass
- 2 tablespoons Tom Yam paste
- 2 pieces Lime leaves
- 1/4 Big Onion
- 1 medium tomato cut into 6 pcs
- 1 big chilli – cut
- 1 bowl of water
Cooking Instructions
- Deep fry the sea bass in oil and put aside to drain off the oil
- Pan fry the big onion, tomato, chilli, lime leaves till fragrant
- Add in the tom yam paste and mix well
- Add in the water and put to boil
- Pour the sauce over the fish and serve!
