Tom Yam Fried Seabass

Ingredients List

  • One whole seabass
  • 2 tablespoons Tom Yam paste
  • 2 pieces Lime leaves
  • 1/4 Big Onion
  • 1 medium tomato cut into 6 pcs
  • 1 big chilli – cut
  • 1 bowl of water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Deep fry the sea bass in oil and put aside to drain off the oil
  2. Pan fry the big onion, tomato, chilli, lime leaves till fragrant
  3. Add in the tom yam paste and mix well
  4. Add in the water and put to boil
  5. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve!
