ACE-Fishmarket® only accepts refunds for products with a receipt within 14 days of purchase for dry goods and frozen products. For fresh products, we accept refunds with a receipt within 1 day of purchase if deemed faulty by our customer service representative.
Refunds or exchanges may be refused for products that do not have a receipt or are damaged.
If a product was missing from your order but was still delivered, or if a product was damaged in transit, you can request a refund by emailing us at email@example.com. For pick-up orders, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the products have left our shops. Refunds for products will be made in one of the following forms:
- Refund in dollar amounts to your credit card/bank account, or
- Online in-shop credit
Gift cards sold at ACE -Fishmarket® cannot be returned or redeemed for credit or cash.
If you use an ACE-Fishmarket® discount code/voucher to purchase a product and wish to return that product, you will receive a refund of the original price less the discount/voucher value.
In some cases, you will need to submit a photo of the damaged product. If you refuse to do so, the refund may be refused. A representative from ACE-Fishmarket® will inform you if this condition needs to be met.
ACE-Fishmarket® reserves the right to revoke or change the terms of this refund policy at any time, including adjusting the time period for any or all products. We reserve the right to refuse any or all parts of our refund policy if we reasonably determine that the customer is abusing the programme.

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
