Accounts Executive
Salary: S$2300 – S$2700
Working Hour: 9.00am to 6.00pm, 5.5 day’s work a week
Location: Changi
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full set of accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and year-end closing of accounts.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, stock listing, all banking related duties.
- Preparation of monthly and yearly schedules, reports and other ad-hoc requests assigned by Superior.
- Ensure all purchases invoices, staff reimbursement are checked and verified in accordance with Company policies before posting and payment process.
- Ensure all receipts and expenditures are posted to the correct GL codes.
- To work closely with Supply Chain and Sales team and support in stock count activity.
- To work closely with Sales team to monitor customers’ invoices and payment issues.
- To closely monitor all Receivables and Payables aging and constantly improve the collection and payment activities are on a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, and financial reports are maintained in accordance to SFRS.
- Ensure all records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Assist with audit, cash flow forecasting, Corporate tax, GST filing and other statutory compliance matters
- Assist with ad-hoc matters e.g. work pass applications/renewals
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant local commercial working experience
- A sound working knowledge of fundamental accounting and taxation issues
- Able to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadline and have a sense of urgency
- Able to work under stress with good sense of responsibility and attention to details.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated & willingness to accept new challenges
- A team player and able to work independently.
- Well verse in double entries, excel and MYOB
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- Willing to work on Saturday.
- Willing to work at Changi area.
Sales Executive
Salary: S$2200 – S$2800
Working Hour: 9.00am to 6.00pm, 5.5 day’s work a week
Location: Changi
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To perform sales operations and be responsible to the General Manager in Business Development
- To direct the development of sales to achieve sales revenue target
- Assist in loyalty and promotional programmes.
- Assist in implementing sales and targeted promotional strategies for future sales volume of company’s top line.
- Assist the company’s sales growth and increase sales volume with profitability in mind and jointly work
- To give sound advice on different customers’ segment and its strategies to influencing sales decisions.
- To assist in the identification of new sales – differentiating opportunities.
- To develop and enhance long-standing relationship with potential customers.
- Maintaining current sales accounts and ensure fulfilment of sales which may include sale operations
- Experience in sales in F&B, FMCG related preferred.
- Strong Sense of sales trends and market opportunity
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with high qualities sales mindedness and strong analytical mind
- Sound knowledge of sales terms and contractual matters
Purchasing Officer
Salary: S$2400 – S$2800
Working Hour: 9.00am to 6.00pm, 5.5 day’s work a week
Location: Changi
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on sourcing, orders and costs.)
- Good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers.
- Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
