Ingredients

Marinate:

  • 1/4 cup of Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • Pepper (To your own preference)
  • 200gm of Grouper Slices

Broth:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Pepper (To your own preference)
  • Upgrain’s Meekia
  • 1 1/2 Tomato
  • 6 Sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 500gm of ACE Fish Broth Grouper

 

Direction:

Marinate:

  1. Season sliced fish with some cornflour, sesame oil, soya sauce, pepper first for an hour.

Broth:

  1. Boil fish broth, add garlic, tomato, salt, and pepper
  2. Cook the meekia  and serve in a bowl with mixed seasoning like soya sauce and pepper
  3. Add garnishes like sliced tomato, coriander as topping
  4. Cooked sliced fish and sliced mushroom n placed over udon
  5. Enjoy with fish broth soup
