Ingredients List
- 1 whole fish
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (vegetable or canola oil)
- 2 tbsp butter (not melted, to stuff in the stomach)
- 2-3 cloves of Garlic (minced, to mix with the butter)
- Lemon (as many slices as you want to stuff in the slices on the stomach)
- Salt and pepper to season
Cooking Instructions
- Bake at 180℃
- Sealed in a foil package with a slight air pocket
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
