Bakencookwith3’S Smoked Barramundi

3 cups bread flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup + 1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup + 1 tbsp boiling water


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients
  2. Add in the vegetable oil
  3. Mix with fingers till you get ‘sand’ texture
  4. Pour the boiling water
  5. Mix with a spatula, then knead for a while till all incorporated
  6. Divide into 6 portions, round each portion to a ball shape
  7. Cover them with a cloth and let them rest for 15 minutes
  8. Take one ball, then flatten it to a disc shape
  9. Heat up your non-stick pan
  10. Place the disc onto the pan, wait till big bubbles appear
  11. Flip it, and cook for another 1 minute
  12. Repeat to the rest of dough

Black Bean Brown Rice

  1. Heat up the wok and add some olive oil
  2. Add 1/4 tsp cumin and stir fry till fragrant
  3. Add some chopped onions
  4. Add some corns
  5. Add some cooked brown rice
  6. Add some black beans
  7. Sprinkle with some salt + pepper + smoked paprika + chilli powder to taste


  1. Take one wrap
  2. Place some smoked barramundi slices
  3. Add some black beans brown rice, guacamole, and some mayo + sweet chilli sauce
  4. Wrap and enjoy!
