Garlic Lemon Butter Fish

Ingredients List

  • 1 whole fish
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (vegetable or canola oil)
  • 2 tbsp butter (not melted, to stuff in the stomach)
  • 2-3 cloves of Garlic (minced, to mix with the butter)
  • Lemon (as many slices as you want to stuff in the slices on the stomach)
  • Salt and pepper to season

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bake at 180C
  2. Sealed in a foil package with a slight air pocket
  3. Bake for 20-25 min
